Our management team is comprise of many retired law enforcement officers, several of which achieved the rank of Chief. Additionally, we have a large contingent of retired military in this Division, many of which were officers and combat veterans.
What sets us apart from our competitors is our exceptionally high supervisor-to-employee ratio. This enables us to have our account representatives give special attention to each employee at your site, including performing the initial training process. In addition, we are able to be proactive to prevent potential problems and respond quickly to the inevitable problems that are inherent to this industry.
In addition to our regularly scheduled officers assigned to your locations, we maintain a core group of trained officers who can fill in on short notice when needed. This assists in mitigating staffing shortages in the event of regular officer illness or other emergency situations. Officers selected as "on-call" officers in this division have been chosen because of their flexible schedulability to be on-call for short notice assignments and ability to quickly assess new situations and act accordingly.
